Peels in the East Village is a good NYC restaurant for brunch, casual dates, girls’dinners, groups, breakfast, outdoor seating, business meals, people watching, lunch, small plates and spotting beautiful people. Here’s why:
Good For Breakfast & Lunch: Open every day from 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. and serving really really good food the whole time, this is a great spot to grab a meal morning, noon or night.
Good For Girls’ Dinners: There are a ton of light, small plates offered here and the atmosphere is casual yet chic. Also, there are plenty of hot waiters.
Good For Outdoor Seating: There are limited tables but there’s not much I’d rather do with an afternoon than sit back and relax as people try to lug their Whole Food bags home in front of me.
Good For Spotting Beautiful People: Peels is on the Bowery which means you’ll spy a ton of hipster hotties both inside and out of the restaurant.
Good For Casual Dates: Especially if you sit downstairs or outside, it’s a good place for a relaxed, no-pressure dinner.
Good For Business Meals: Again, it’s open all day so, if the person you’re meeting is younger and/or hip, come here for casual business meetings.
Peel’s Address: 325 Bowery (at 2nd St. – NoHo/East Village)
